As the Cadillac Partnerships and Events Manager, you will join the team at General Motors Australia & New Zealand (GM ANZ). This role offers the chance to gain experience, exposure, and marketability in a dynamic environment, both globally and locally, to advance your career.

Join us at a time of exciting growth as we establish the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio in Australia & New Zealand. Your main goal is to expand the Cadillac brand through strategic audience and customer events that foster a strong connection and familiarity with our products.

You will also explore collaboration opportunities with like-minded brands to enhance customer experiences.

We are seeking a candidate with a creative mindset, an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for the Cadillac brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking the lead on all Cadillac Marketing events, managing project coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes. Events will include:
    • High-end shopping center displays
    • Corporate and customer functions
    • Product launches
    • Test drive events
  • Managing event tasks, budgeting, and ordering in line with Cadillac brand guidelines and customer experience principles.
  • Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with retailers, brands, and personalities to drive brand interest.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit and strategic alignment.
  • Utilizing partnerships to enhance brand reach and customer engagement.
  • Measuring event metrics such as ROI and preparing reports for internal communication.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives.
  • Maintaining an event calendar and ensuring timely execution.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

About You

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive or luxury segments, with expertise in project management, supplier coordination, and budgeting. Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Data analytics skills and ability to derive insights.
  • CRM tools proficiency for event management.
  • Experience in digital marketing, design, or photography is a plus.
  • Capability to develop and report on KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Strong grasp of marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling and engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
