Who we're seeking:
Reporting to the Senior IT Business Analyst Lead, the Senior IT Business Analyst serves as a bridge between the business and IT departments, leveraging a deep understanding of business processes and technology to ensure successful project outcomes.
The IT Business Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders to grasp and define requirements, evaluate solution risks, and assist in prioritizing competing business needs. The role also contributes to project decisions and identifies opportunities for process enhancement.
As a seasoned Senior IT Business Analyst, you should have:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role as an IT Business Analyst and a degree in a relevant field.
- Broad experience across three or more IT domains, such as Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support.
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management, along with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies, including experience in requirements gathering, process flow diagrams, and business case composition.
- Experience in managing testing phases and change control.
