We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Data Migration Platform Lead. If you are passionate about spearheading the design, development, and deployment of a configuration-driven data migration framework on the Azure cloud platform, then this position is for you. This opportunity involves leading the development of the data migration platform and ensuring its successful application across various client engagements.

Your Role:
  • Lead the design and development of a configuration-driven data migration framework on the Azure cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with the offshore engineering team to build and enhance the data migration platform.
  • Define and implement best practices for platform architecture, development, and deployment.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure to meet the needs of diverse client projects.
  • Provide enablement, support, and guidance to Data Migration Engineers using the platform in the delivery of Data Migration engagements.
  • Oversee data migration technical delivery across various phases.
  • Engage with internal data migration teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver tailor-made solutions.
Your Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Azure Data Migration Specialist within an enterprise-scale environment.
  • Demonstrated experience of converting business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of designing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes, data modelling, data warehouse design, and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience in complex data warehouse implementations using Azure technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
  • Experience in building resilient data pipelines with data quality monitoring.
  • Knowledge of data lake and data warehousing solutions and architectures.
  • Proficiency in Agile working environments and project management methodologies.
Additional Desired Skills:
  • Certification in Azure or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for data protection and compliance.
  • Experience with implementing COTS or SaaS based applications like SAP or Oracle ERP.
