Together, they aim to optimise c-suite member experience through thought leadership, dynamic events, and emerging technology insights.

The Role:


As the new HR Learning & Development – Program and Engagement Manager this position will report to the Director of Memberships.

This role is critical to the business, focusing on training for their c-suite members and developing client learning platforms, as well as delivering high-quality events.

The successful candidate will ensure c-suite members engage with the organisation and enjoy the full benefits of their Roundtable membership, working closely with their procurement team program managers and their internal L&D/HR Business Partner counterparts.


You will partner with external stakeholders:
HR Business Partners.
Program Managers.
Chief Procurement Officers.
Chief Financial Officers.
Trainers/Speakers/Facilitators.
Finance Agency.
Marketing Agency.

Key Responsibility Areas (but Not Limited to):

Learning and Development:
Consult with L&D Managers within c-suite member organisation's to align client program offerings with their internal development plans.
Provide c-suite members with detailed reports and insights on their organisation's engagement with client's offerings.

Engagement and Relationship Management:


Identify opportunities to grow the business and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to assist in increased attendance, client retention, and future memberships.

Use influence to promote engagement strategies and encourage participation in other product offerings.

Event Management:
Manage end-to-end session management for online events, masterclasses, workshops, and face-to-face sessions.
Research, source, and manage relationships with venues and other third-party providers, including AV and merchandise suppliers.

Marketing/Social Media Support:
Assist in delivering targeted event communications and other initiatives in conjunction with marketing.

Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement and actively participate in campaign, product, and creative meetings with the wider team.
