The Role

As the Head Sommelier, you will lead a team of passionate wine enthusiasts and shape the wine program with your expertise and vision.

Your role involves curating an exceptional wine list that showcases diverse varietals and highlights unique terroirs, enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

You will oversee cellar management, staff training on wine service, and ensure impeccable standards of wine presentation and service.

Additionally, you will manage inventory, conduct tastings, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring the cellar is meticulously organized and stocked with top-quality selections.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Head Sommelier, ideally in a highend dining establishment.
• Demonstrated expertise in curating and managing a diverse wine program, catering to varying tastes and preferences.
• Extensive knowledge of different grape varietals, wine regions, and production methods.
• Ability to maintain and update an extensive wine list, ensuring it reflects current trends and offers a balanced selection.
• Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on enhancing wine knowledge and service skills among team members.
