We are a cafe located in the park looking for experienced waitstaff to join our team as soon as possible.

You MUST be able to work weekends. If you are a people person and experienced in working in customer service and hospitality, this job is well suited for you

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
  • Monitor and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • MUST be able to work weekends
  • Job will entail approximately 8 to 30 hours per week casual
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
