The Lendlease Capella Team have an opportunity for an established Team Assistant to join their team, based at our state-of-the art head office in Barangaroo.


In this role, you will provide exemplary support to the Capella Leadership team, managing administrative tasks for team members of all levels.

Day to day, you will be responsible for organising meetings both internally & externally, proactively identifying priorities and commitments and discerning what is most important, being a point-of-contact for the leadership team, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Further, your role will see you prepare correspondences, document meeting minutes, prepare documents and reports which are typically confidential in nature.

In order to be successful in this role you will have administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment. You will have high attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage competing demands and deadlines. Your technical skills will include MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. A background working in project-based environment, dealing with confidential information will be highly regarded. You will be confident in collaborating in with various stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
