Established in 1993, PYBAR, a Metarock Company, has grown to become one of Australia's largest underground hard rock mining contractors operating in multiple states of Australia with a track record in securing repeat business.

Our Underground Coal Deputies will need to walk the talk and visibly demonstrate the behaviours that reflect our PYBAR culture - Safety, Service, Respect and Results.


About the Role / Person:


We're seeking four (4) Underground Coal Deputies that are exemplary leaders, have the drive and motivation to carry out their statutory responsibilities in line with the relevant legislation to highest standard and; go above and beyond to ensure our crews go home safely after each shift.


Underground Deputy applicants will require:

Shotfirer Licence;
NSW Deputy Certification & Practicing Certificate;
Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets;
Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance;
Valid & current manual driver's licence.
