Are you an eager, corporately presented administrator with exceptional communication skills? Want to get a foot in the door within the resource sector? Our client is a large renewables energy business and they are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic candidate to join the team within their Perth CBD office. As junior administrator, your role will be to take on a variety of administrative tasks as directed by your leader and the wider team. You will be expected to interact with a variety of stakeholder across the business.

This is an amazing opportunity to learn, get exposure to a variety of tasks and be a part of a growing company. This role is full-time (Monday-Friday) and for an immediate Start.

About the Role:

  • First point of contact dealing with visitors, incoming phone calls and general queries.
  • Management of board rooms and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Schedule and coordinate team functions and events.
  • Draft, edit and format materials and communications.
  • Assistance with preparing the monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Monitoring multiple inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with HR processes including onboarding, recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Liaise with external IT provider to lodge issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Action procurement of office equipment, merchandise and sundries.
  • Updating and maintaining company records and databases.
  • Support finance related activities and processes.
  • Coordinate team travel and accommodation including site visits and logistics.


About you:

  • Minimum 6 months in an administrative role,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities.
  • Proactive team player who can take directions accurately.
