Our Hurstville property includes a 124-room hotel, rooftop bar & restaurant, commercial
offices, pax event centre, 3 restaurants, 5 bars, +300 gaming machine
installation, and a busy 24-hour loading dock operation.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and supported by Team Leaders during
trade this role is responsible for all areas from bar, gaming, food service and events
delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and support of our
service team.
We aim to provide an environment where our team feel valued, respected, and

About you
· Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire our team to deliver
exceptional experiences
· Identify, mentor, and develop our future leaders
· Understanding of legislative requirements & WHS regulations
· Proven experience leading a team and prioritising time and workload in a
challenging environment.
· Strong planning, organisational and critical thinking skills
· Drivers Licence or ability to travel between venues as required
· Flexibility to work a rotating roster consisting of 3 shifts across 24 hours, 7 days
a week.

- Minimum 2-years functions/events management experience.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire our team to deliver exceptional experiences
- Proven experience leading a team and prioritising time and workload in a challenging environment.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) (or willingness to obtain)
- Drivers Licence or ability to travel between venues as required
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster consisting of 3 shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Understanding of legislative requirements & WHS regulations
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
