About the Role

Are you an energetic, customer-oriented sales professional keen on architectural solutions in the building sector? Come aboard at Trend Windows and Doors Cardiff as a Sales Representative, where you'll explore new business prospects with architects, homeowners, and builders seeking window and door solutions for their construction or renovation projects in the Hunter and Central Coast region. As a key member of our sales squad, you will embody our dedication to innovation in the construction products field. Your role will involve engaging with clients, establishing connections, and contributing to the sustainable growth of Trend Windows and Doors.

Moreover, you will:

  • boost your product and industry knowledge
  • strategically implement business development strategies to drive sales and meet targets
  • offer technical and design advice to clients to secure specifications
  • analyze technical blueprints and assess project requirements
  • prepare quotes, presentations, and place orders
  • perform plan assessments and support in estimating processes
  • compile sales activity reports

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a background in the building industry and a solid technical acumen to grasp our product line. Building positive relationships, problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are essential for this position. We are in search of a driven sales professional with a service-oriented mindset. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution.

In addition, you should have:

  • prior experience in an architectural/specification sales environment
  • strong knowledge of windows and doors (an advantage)
  • expertise in solutions selling
  • team player and ability to work autonomously
  • proficiency in MS Office, CRM/Salesforce, and V6 software
