This is a great opportunity to step up from your current role into a leadership roleKey Duties Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice Identify and implement processes and procedures Partner with stakeholders to facilitate / participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring statutory reporting obligations are adhered to Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.

Performance and Conduct Management Human Resource Acquisition and Retention Developing and amending current HR Standards and Procedures Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics What you will bring Experience operating at a senior HR level Works well in a team and collaborative environment Holds a tertiary qualification a real people person, great effective communication Culture This position is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual who is looking for a great business to join and grow your career in mining.
