Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager who is used to delivering technical projects in the data space.

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for delivering System & SIT testing whilst providing expert guidance and support to our clients as they work through their UAT.

You will work closely with client teams to understand their requirements and delivery processes.
You will be the key coordination point between the test activities of NCS and the client on the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage NCS's automation first approach to system testing.
Represent testing at project leadership meetings.
Collaborate with client teams in regard to their acceptance testing activities.
Ownership of test environments
Coordination of the defect management process.
Manage project quality gates.
Producing status and summary reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+years of experience in test management
Experience using Jira and Confluence for process management and reporting.
Experience supporting UAT.
Experience managing test and defect processes.
Experience working on data platforms including creating and testing of BI reporting solutions.

Desirable:
Experience in Databricks

Ability to communicate with technical and none-technical peers and stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
