The Role:

We have an opportunity for a motivated cleaning team member to join the Assetlink family


The role is to provide a variety of cleaning services to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as a well-presented and safe workplace for our employees and clients.


The role is at MACQUARIE CENTRE on a Full Time basis and the roster is: Sunday 11.54pm - 7.30am and Monday to Thursday 11.00pm to 6.

This role is paid under the Cleaning Services Award 2020 as Level 1.

Must have:

  • Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on the job training will be provided)
  • Cleaning Machinery experience (walk behind scrubber) is required
  • Current NSW Open Driver's Licence required

Role requirements:

  • Be well presented, proactive and able to work well on your own
  • An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
  • Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
  • Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods
  • Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Be able to communicate in verbal and written English
  • Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays
  • Must have valid work rights in Australia
