The Information Technology Program Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement, transition and successful implementation of all projects related to the ICT system components of Orygen's Transformation Program.
As the Program Manager, you will establish new corporate and electronic medical record systems for Orygen.Reporting to the Chief of Clinical Operations and CIO, you will:
- Lead the Program's ICT projects to transition ICT services to the new solution seamlessly, with all necessary technology components built and tested & deployed.
- Guide and advise on ICT services sourcing strategy and planning, incorporating governance, change management, communication, evaluation process and principles.
- Identify, monitor and report on high priority issues and risks impacting Orygen, Royal Melbourne Hospital & Dept. of Health stakeholders.
- Manage the ICT Project Financials and any actual or potential shifts in budget, while working with key stakeholders internally and externally.

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
- A minimum of 10 years of ICT project management experience and project management certification.
- Healthcare experience and knowledge of the Victorian Health Sector and significant experience working in the Victorian health sector, especially regarding the successful delivery of complex ICT projects across multiple health services.
- Extensive experience working in largescale publicsector ICT programs and have a clear understanding of how to run a program that will meet or exceed VAGO requirements.
- Ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably; use analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems, have creative ideas and project how these can link to innovations.
- Salary up to $200,000 base salary + 11% super + NFP salary packaging up to $15,900.
- Ability to purchase additional leave; access to EAP; generous Parental Leave Scheme.
