What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Logistics & Industrial team in Victoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing analytical support to our Industrial Directors and team, contributing to the overall effectiveness and financial performance in the Commercial market. If you have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the commercial property industry, we want to hear from you

An overview of the role:

  • Collaborate closely with support staff to ensure timely and accurate work
  • Manage internal databases, including offline systems and CRM, by efficiently adding and auditing data
  • Source, collect, track, and collate sales and lease activity in the relevant market
  • Update property information, sale and lease data, and perform financial modeling of industrial assets
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to produce detailed property reports
  • Create regular market reports for the sub-market and the state
  • Maintain digital map images for presentations
  • Write documentation based on property information and produce advertising material for property marketing
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing property marketing material, including photography and signboards
  • Create and deliver pitch documents, information memorandums, and RFP documents
  • Manage campaign preparation processes and provide fast and accurate responses
  • Facilitate each stage of a lease or sale by preparing and distributing documentation
  • Conduct meetings and conferences as required
  • Create and distribute digital brochures to external stakeholders
  • Maintain marketing lists for digital brochures

  • Graduate of a Property or similar-based Degree
  • Knowledge and skills in the property industry, particularly the Industrial market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to use data to create graphics and visual aids
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and make sound decisions
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle conflicting demands
  • Strong interest in the commercial property industry
