Generous remuneration package. Salary ranges from $101,947 to $112,849 plus annual leave loading and superannuation
Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a
Project Officer Case Management within our portfolio management assets division.
As the Project Officer Case Management, you will undertake project and case management of contentious and complex matters relating to complaints and/or disputes from tenants about maintenance and repairs for the property in which they reside with proceedings initiated by tenants or their representative in the NSW Consumer and Tenancy Tribunal (NCAT).
The role manages a small team who are solution focussed and work with many stakeholders both internally and externally including our maintenance contractors, the Department of Communities and Justice and legal services to ensure LAHC meets its obligations as a landlord and compliance with NCAT directions and orders.
You will contribute to the development of operational policy, procedures and systems to drive improved business and client outcomes as required.

We are seeking someone who is self-driven and who is eager to get in and hit the ground running.
The primary focus of this role is the central management, oversight and governance of tenant initiated NCAT matters which at times can be a high-pressure environment as well as the management of other key projects as required by the business.
You will need to be a strong communicator, excellent problem solver and have sound experience with Microsoft office suite, if you have experience with TRIM and SAP that is desirable.
