The Manager Omni Channel Sales position is responsible for driving customer engagement through both in-store and digital activities to achieve company goals and sales objectives.
Working with local and global cross-functional teams as well as effective management of company resources, in partnership with key retail and distributor partners, to maximize business results across Wacom's creative/consumer branded product line.
The Manager Omni Channel Sales will manage all aspects of partner engagement with support from local operations and marketing teams.
To be successful you will need to understand the Australian and New Zealand retail landscape, have experience in proactively identifying, developing, and executing account specific business plans, training, and relationship development with key partners to align with comprehensive tiered channel programs, focused on expanding business, driving revenue and profitability across Australia and New Zealand.
The Manager Omni Channel Sales, ANZ will strive to lead partner discussions and planning in the digital creative and consumer industry, recommending best in class execution and accept personal accountability for achieving mutual success.

This is a hybrid position in North Ryde, NSW.
What you will be doing:
- Implement comprehensive partner activities to drive and promote Wacom product offering, including return on investment, financial considerations, and implementation plans by leading the analysis and evaluation of channel requirements, securing internal sponsorships and support, identifying future needs, and creating plans for roll out and ongoing program management
- Serve as the single point of contact for key ANZ partners
- Guide the successful transition of old product with mínimal impact and exposure to Wacom
- Engage with and seek support from all departments within Wacom and thirdparty resources that are necessary for successful launch and ongoing management of Partner Programs
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship on an ongoing basis
- Consistently manage partner issues, customers concerns, and challenges with the goal of continued satisfaction and loyalty to the Wacom brand reflected in the strong account relations and increasing sales quarter over quarter and year on year
- Develop clear understanding of partner accounts internal sales tools, external sales marketing vehicles, internal sales or specialty orientation and educate staff regarding how Wacom fits into their product offerings
- Work with partners to identify, launch and execute marketing and incentive programs to motivate sales teams resulting in increased sales of Wacom products
- Develop, track, and report out on key metrics concerning partner programs and account relationships to Wacom stakeholders including executive leadership
- With understanding of channel marketing tactics, will proactively collaborate with Wacom Marketing teams to develop scalable tools and programs that impact growth of partner revenue and Wacom profit
- Effectively demonstrate and present company products to customers and business partners
- Contribute to the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, status and performance reports, and administration which assures effective communication with management and cross functional teams
Skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience including knowledge of best practices with tiered Channel Programs
- Experience in high tech related company/field working within multitiered distribution model
- Previous direct management responsibilities of channel resellers including VARs and retail accounts
- Proven record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Track record of successfully developing new markets
- Experience and participation in strategic sales planning, program implementation, and analytics (sales, budgets, forecasts, financials, trends)
- Experience managing a budget and comfortable with making key decisions to ensure ROI on budget spend
- Knowledge and experience of ANZ market and goto market requirements

Requires occasional lifting up to 25 kilograms
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
- Previous experience within or knowledge of creative industries (animation, illustration, game development, graphic design, digital imaging etc.) and marketplace is a plus
