About the role:


As the
Inside Sales Team Leader , you will hold overall responsibility for driving revenue growth through new merchant acquisition via referrals from our partner and digital lead generation channels.

You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to ensure healthy pipelines and maximise the commercial return of each merchant.

Developing and maintaining a high-performance culture you will also be responsible for:

  • Leading the inside sales team to drive new merchant acquisition through both inbound and outbound activity;
  • Establish and maintain optimal sales funnel performance, reporting and management, ensuring a healthy pipeline of quality leads and opportunities;
  • Support sales strategy to maximise merchant activation rates and revenue growth;
  • Coach & develop the team around sales best practice to enable high performance & high conversion rates;
  • Continually manage and refine the sales process to increase sales velocity;
  • Actively track and monitor revenue performance to budget to ensure targets are met;
  • Review appropriate commission plans to drive revenue and reward high performing sales team members.
