MQ Health is looking for an outstanding Clinical Director to oversee General and Perioperative Medicine. Responsibilities include managing the physician workforce, recruitment, rostering, research, teaching, and maintaining quality standards.Key accountabilities (but not limited to):
- Facilitate patient admissions and manage the physician workforce.
- Participate in quality and improvement activities.
- Attend relevant meetings and committees.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentor registrars and other Doctors in Training.
- Engage in educational activities within the Faculty.
- Contribute to the development of hospital clinical guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.
- Complete Continuing Education and Development requirements.
