We are looking for an experienced and motivated Revit Documenter to join our office to work on range of engaging and contribute to ground-breaking projects across multiple project types.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the BIM for Project submissions, construction models and schedules
  • Assisting in the resolution of BIM design issues and preparation of sketch design, modelling, construction documentation and detailing on specific projects as required.
  • Management and distribution of digital documents to the project team
  • Help, maintain and improve the Revit system.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project deadlines and project performance.
  • Ability to provide junior team member direction and collaborate with the project team and other teams in a wider capacity.
  • Undertake production documentation of projects using REVIT and or other CAD software.
  • Implement Australian Building Codes and Regulations in line with LEP & DCP
  • Attend client meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience within the field of Architecture and BIM Modelling.
  • Qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Drafting essential.
  • High level REVIT skills essential.
  • Ability to conform to specified drafting standards.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in production documentation, modelling, and detailing
  • Experience working in Australia is essential, paired with full Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
