Business Finance Trainee

Body Agility is a Perth-based nationally NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) registered provider of high quality physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, personal training, therapy assistants and pain management treatments.

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (Trainee) to work preferably on a full time basis, however there can be some flexibility for part-time hours.

Our offices hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm and you would be required to work during these hours.

Other than your induction and training which would take place in person and via teams you would be set up to work from your home environment.

Applicants should still be located within 1 hour commute of the Perth CBD.

You will have access to a number of platforms to provide support and supervision which include; Teams, Outlook, Planner and Excel along with face to face and phone contact.

The position would suit someone who is organised, efficient and proactive to help with patient bookings, payments, invoicing, marketing, new systems implementation, audit preparation, customer service, general administrative duties and phone reception services.

Some previous business or admin experience would be highly desirable, however not essential if you can demonstrate a genuine interest to join our team.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
