Are you curious, outgoing and warm? Pier One Sydney Harbour is looking for you, someone with a passion for events, attention to detail and more As a Bar Assistant Waiter, you will be able to develop your skills while being motivated by the Sydney lifestyle, surrounded by major Sydney icons.

Position Summary:

  • Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests
  • Understand guest requirements, driving customer loyalty by delivering mindblowing services through each unique guest interaction
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately always stocked and clean
  • Assist with serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests
  • Support the bar team in general operational tasks, continuously showcasing your outgoing, curious and warm personality
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to create memorable moments and enable future bookings
