At Purity Dental, we help our patients in Mulgrave and surrounding suburbs smile with confidence.
We provide expert dental care and utilise the latest technology We have well organised and long-established procedures and protocols that are continuously updated to stay current.
We have a close-knit, family-like dental team that prioritise supporting each other whenever possible.
Your full-time hours of work will be over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and a rostered Saturday (until 2:30pm).
You will be committed to customer service, have a bright, bubbly personality and bring lots of energy to the role.
Your role as Dental Receptionist will include such tasks as:
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls to oversee patient bookings and specialist correspondence
- Organisation and bookings for the dentists
- Being the face of the practice by greeting all incoming patients warmly and professionally (either on site or via phone)
- Managing patient accounts and followup appointments
- End of day banking and settlements and general administrative work
- Helping in central sterilisation to ensure equipment processing is managed throughout the day
- Dental experience or prior reception/administrative/clerical experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with computer skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Confident and reassuring interactions with patients
- Willingness to learn and grow within your role in the Practice
- Reliable, courteous and a true teamplayer
You are the first and last person each patient who visits our practice will encounter, so your role is an integral part of our success.
