The Product Team are looking for a Scrum Master to spearhead our current projects on a 6 month fixed term contract. As the driving force behind the team, you will guide, inspire, and support the design and development process from start to finish. You will be the catalyst for collaboration and key stakeholder engagement, bringing together talents from cross-functional teams.

You will elevate the knowledge and maturity of agile practices within Product & Technology and across the wider organisation. Through the strategic development and implementation of agile methodologies and delivery strategies, you will shape the way we work, driving innovation and excellence every step of the way.

About the role

Lead and manage product scrum team to deliver on the key milestones within our current projects. Lead agile ceremonies: conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collect and analyse the requirements for build tickets, remove any blockers to ensure smooth workflow and progress. Collaborate with the Product Manager and key stakeholders/owners to ensure priorities and development time are considered when building sprints etc. Manage risks, dependencies, and squad performance, while fostering continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to agile scrum and business process standards and practices. Supply reporting and documentation of progress and QA approvals and reviews with key stakeholders as required. Lead agile and lean methodologies, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement in solution delivery practices through the delivery of our projects.

About You

Significant experience in a similar role leading, coaching, and directing stakeholders and scrum teams through the delivery lifecycle. Demonstrated expertise in the agile delivery methodologies including but not limited to; SAFe, LeSS, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and/or Rapid Application Development. Demonstrated experience managing continuous product delivery and technology projects, the ability to manage dependencies, issues, and risks. Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with strong customer focus and ability to understand issues, manage expectations, gain agreement, resolve conflicts and translate technical information into business language. Strong conceptual and analytical skills and an ability to think laterally to identify practical and workable solutions in an Agile environment. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work accurately with attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
