Our capabilities include Australia's domestic debit network, real-time payments infrastructure, secure bill payments, digital identity exchange, QR code payments and experiences, and open wallet solutions.


The Purpose:


Reporting to the Business Development Manager of Merchant Growth, you'll be responsible for achieving business growth opportunities from new and existing customers, negotiating mutually beneficial commercial outcomes, and ensuring successful long term customer partnerships.

This is what you'd be required to do:

  • Develop authentic and commercially beneficial relationships with customers
  • Partner with our merchant customers to understand their strategy & business needs so that you can design and deliver a strategic selling approach
  • Act as the point of contact for customers needs queries
  • Leverage our existing customer relationships to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain and compile detailed customer interactions via a CRM tool
  • Recommend actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Proven experience in a customer facing sales role this position would ideally suit someone keen to start their B2B sales career
  • Working understanding of CRM software and MS Office

  • Comfort working to KPI's and sales targets
  • A problem solving mindset
