Join a team of experienced clinicians in a holistic health centre as a Registered Psychologist and play a pivotal role in community based work.

Our client is looking for a skilled Registered Psychologist to join their proactive team. This role offers a varied caseload with clients of all backgrounds presenting with a multitude of conditions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the mental wellbeing of people in your community and empower them to excel in their daily life

Key Perks:

  • Remuneration: Earn an hourly rate of between $100-$130 per session.

  • Location: Spend approximately 80% of your rime working from a well set up clinic located in Cocoroc with the remainder of your time spent doing community visits no further than a 25 minute radius from your home.
  • Clientele: Working with majority NDIS clients of all ages and backgrounds with conditions including, but not limited to Social Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

Your duties will include:

  • Deliver personalised therapy, including counselling and assessment to clients through either Medicare, NDIS or private referrals depending on your preference.
  • Carrying out community visits as part of your role.
  • Maintaining relationships and correspondence with referring doctors and other allied health practitioners.
  • Upkeep of case notes, NDIS reports, file management and the upholding of all required legal and ethical standards.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology
  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience working with NDIS clients previously
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Eligible to obtain Medicare provider numbers
