In this role, you'll:

Take on this exciting Engineering role on the Newcastle Inner-City bypass where you will enjoy the variety of work delivering a complex multi-discipline project.

Be a part of a project that will reduce road congestion creating better traffic flow for the people of Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Work within a live infrastructure construction environment.

Working in unity as one team you will partner with project staff to support our contractors to achieve the best outcomes for our project.

You will have the opportunity for genuine career development, being supported by senior members of the team and your project manager to really develop your project management skills.

You will be degree qualified Engineer (Civil will be well recognised but is not essential) with a strong eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.

You will have recently started your professional career and may have some experience helping to project manage smaller jobs or you may potentially be ready for the next step in your career, wanting to develop into a Project/ Engineer management role.

You will gain an understanding of working in a live infrastructure construction environment, you'll want work on site to learn how we deliver our projects within a team culture, where transport and its contractors come together as one to create the best possible project outcomes.

You will be safety-minded and able to facilitate a supportive work environment, leading by example to deliver a high standard of work for our customers.

This role will be based on-site in Newcastle.
