Our Client is a Telstra Partner.

We are looking for someone to support the ICT business to accurately provision the sales and ensure the sales orders are completed accurately.


What will you do?

  • Demonstrate the ability to be customer focused, solutions orientated and the ability to follow up on outstanding things
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Accurately provision and processing orders and coordinating with vendors to resolve any order issues
  • Process customer requests such as billing enquiries, new connects, transfer of ownerships, international roaming requests, porting services, Pin requests ,cancellations /suspensions and blocking services to name a few plus

Skill / Experience Requirements:

  • Strong customer engagement skills with atleast 4+ years of experience
  • Telstra experience billing and provisioning
  • Must have Atleast 2 years TELSTRA sales provisioning experience
  • Experience with vendor management, order fulfilment, order coordination, customer order fulfilment
  • Any ICT order provisioning and fulfilment shall be highly regarded
