The Opportunity:

As an HR Advisor at CareSuper, you will play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team. With a focus on end-to-end recruitment, supporting the implementation of performance management processes, as well as contributing to a wide variety of HR initiatives - no day is ever the same

In this role, you'll typically:

  • Support the talent acquisition team by managing endtoend recruitment activities for assigned roles. This would include job posting, screening, interviewing, and preboarder tasks.
  • Support relevant learning and development (L&D) activities, including tasks associated with the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, coordinating relevant events or activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Formal education and/or practical experience in HR management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role could suit a HR Coordinator, looking for a step up.
  • Proficiency in using various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and prioritisation of quality.
  • Strong sense of ethics and professionalism, especially in handling confidential data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities.
  • Adaptability in fastpaced environments, with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problemsolving skills.
  • Capacity to work independently, taking initiative when necessary.
