We provide housing services to people with disabilities in order to improve their quality of life and provide them with the support they need to live as independently as possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting patients with critical everyday tasks.
  • Vacuuming, laundry, and general cleaning are examples of household tasks.
  • Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing activities, as well as other personal care needs, in a supportive and comfortable environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing.
  • Medication administration in accordance with medication management guidelines.
  • Supporting participants' community involvement and networking possibilities, as well as their leisure activities, as needed
  • Current drivers license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Providing emotional support.
  • Shows sensitivity to confidentiality and diversity.
  • Promotes awareness of the personcentered approach
