About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Team Global Express, you'll be the driving force behind enhancing our customer experience.

Dive into the world of data by managing the collection and organisation of invaluable customer and operational information for our Voice of Customer (VOC) program.

You'll help refine our CX platform while contributing to survey program development.


The aim is to ensure rich, accurate data is fed into the VOC program, paving the way for deep analysis and actionable insights.

Master the intricacies of customer data, tackle data quality challenges head-on, and keep an eye on vital metrics like feedback response rates and survey dropouts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to take the VOC program to new heights by identifying and incorporating fresh data sets. Together, we'll unlock the full potential of our customer experience strategy.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Embrace a customerfocused mindset, making them the priority in all activities.
  • Actively contribute to improving customer advocacy (NPS) and satisfaction (CSAT) to meet business goals.
  • Forge strong connections across Team Global Express Business Units and internal stakeholders for a unified VOC program.
  • Liaise and collaborate with business stakeholder to classify, define and align business information and implement data quality standardisation.
  • Guarantee comprehensive and robust data by establishing and maintaining reliable data sets, tools, and processes.
  • Proactively review, test, and resolve data quality issues, implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Acquire, transform, cleanse and standardise data using a range of techniques to support the specific insight investigations.
  • Create and maintain toptier customer surveys and invitations, sharing knowledge and insights for an exceptional customer experience.

In addition, you will need to have:

  • A degree in data analytics, statistics, or a business-related field.
  • Previous experience in data process improvement and a strong track record in data quality enhancement.
  • Knowledge of database administration, experience with BI tools like PowerBI, and proficiency in using CX platforms such as Qualtrics, InMoment, or Medallia.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
