If you're a Bobcat Operator who thrives on precision and wants to be part of something big, we want you on our team in Campbellfield/Melbourne. Whether it's the bustling city streets or the scenic regional areas, you'll be where the action is, making a difference every day.

What we're looking for:

  • Up to two years of experience operating bobcats in road construction (bonus points for asphalt experience)
  • Must have a Heavy Rigid (HR) License and Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Knowledgeable about National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) Regulations
  • Safety-conscious, with a solid understanding of workplace documentation like Safe Work Method Statements
  • Great at building relationships, both inside and outside the company
  • Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, and away from home base as needed to get the job done
