About the role:
This role will undertake procurements as it relates to leasing, acquisitions, divestments and property related activities within the team.
Duties
- Undertake property lease negotiations, acquisitions and divestments of property
- Prepare substantive written submissions, briefs, reports, minutes and other correspondence with internal
- Deliver property efficiencies through reduction of footprint and/or lease savings Develop commercial leasing strategies to support asset management priorities
