We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a
permanent full-time basis.


As the Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator you will be an experienced scheduler with strong solution finding skills to solve the puzzle that is rostering in a fast-paced environment.


The purpose of this position is to provide coordination support to the Operations team of St Nicholas and reporting to the Resource and Planning Manager.


The duties include:

  • Oversight and review all rosters as required to ensure ratio requirements are met.
  • Provide support with staff profiles for new centres and services to ensure staffing profiles at each service are compliant.
  • Provide assistance in the recruitment of new staff and coordination of casual and relief staff across all St Nicholas services.
  • You will be required to be "oncall" to assist Directors and Nominated Supervisors with adequately staffing all centres and services across St Nicholas.
  • Provide support with training of staff in use of staffing systems across St Nicholas.

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

  • Robust knowledge and experience with scheduling and rostering
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems quickly in a fastchanging environment
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • High level communications skills across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
  • National Criminal History check clearance
  • Experience with recruitment software (desirable)
  • Businessrelated qualification (desirable)
