Description

The company is an early stage, fast-growing challenger aiming to revolutionize user identity space by eliminating the need for passwords, with support from top investors such as Tiger Global, Northzone, Lightspeed Ventures, and more. We're searching for an outstanding individual to drive Developer Advocacy initiatives and contribute to establishing the company as a well-known name for developers globally.

Our objective is to protect the trust between users and Internet services by establishing a secure digital identity. The company's vision is to develop the passport of the internet. We are looking for team members who are willing to break barriers and create the simplest, most secure, and most sustainable identity solution for app developers and users.

As a Developer Advocacy Lead, Web3, your role involves helping Web3 developers grasp, appreciate, and succeed in utilizing the company.

Requirements

In this position, you will:

  • Boost adoption for the company and demonstrate its value in our community platforms (Discord, Twitter, etc.) and the broader Web3 community online.
  • Promote the company's products in person and online by speaking at Web3 conferences, securing talk invitations, and creating relevant materials from start to finish.
  • Develop engaging content including demos, tutorials, guides, blog posts, videos, etc., to aid developers in understanding and utilizing the company more effectively, thereby enhancing the developer experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product and Developer Experience teams to comprehend developers' requirements, objectives, and challenges.
  • Influence product development by collecting feedback and insights from our developer community.
  • Be a welcoming presence on Discord, community calls, events, etc., promptly addressing queries to drive growth and engagement within the company's community.
  • Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere in our interactions with potential and current collaborators.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of software development experience and 1+ year of web3 development experience
  • Empathy and drive to help Web3 developers succeed with the company
  • Passion and knowledge of the Web3 and dApp development landscape
  • Familiarity with representing developer needs, collecting feedback, gauging sentiment, and explaining challenges
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills — capable of conveying technical concepts clearly and elegantly
  • A community-first approach enabling you to collaborate with other community members advocating for and supporting the company's community
  • Adaptability and initiative in solving ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proactive mindset to address open-ended challenges.

Additional Skills:
  • Established presence in the Web3 community
  • Experience in writing documentation
  • Familiarity with blockchain and dApp development tools and workflows
  • Online presence through blogging or profiles on platforms like GitHub, Twitter.
