Automotive Salesperson

WPC have an exciting opportunity with an automotive dealership located in Keysborough Love cars but don't want to get your hands dirty? Are you technically minded with a flair for problem solving? Do you enjoy customer service?

We have an opportunity available to complete a 3 year Parts Interpreting Apprenticeship with one of the world's largest automotive brands.

Duties:

• Use catalogues and computer databases to identify and locate the correct parts to meet customer's requirements
• Managing customer enquiries by responding efficiently to counter, phone and internet enquiries
• Preparation of quotes and purchase orders for trade, retail and internal customers
• Work closely with the workshop to ensure the correct parts are ordered
• General warehousing duties including picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, receipting and checking in deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse in an organised manner

• Have excellent communication and problem solving skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent customer focus
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Enjoy both practical and manual activities, along with administrative tasks
• Technical aptitude
• Driver's license preferred
