At the Y, we believe in the power of inspired young people, and here at YMCA Ballarat we provide a wide range of programs and services in close to 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote communities. We currently have over 600 staff across the state and continue to grow and develop our passionate workforce.

Our children's services operations include the management of Kindergarten's, Long Day Cares and Before and After School Care. Our youth specific programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and our amazing ReCranked and JumpStart programs. For further details visit:

Our Opportunity

We currently have a vacancy at our Woodlea OSHC program and are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our motivated and enthusiastic team.

The role will require someone who is focused and able to work within tight time frames and enjoys working towards a common goal.

Role: Service coordinator

Job Type: Part time

Start Date: ASAP

Total Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Roster: Monday-Friday 2.00pm-6.30pm

Qualification: Diploma of Children's Service or equivalent
