Want to work in an Award Winning Craft Brewery on the Mornington Peninsula? The Red Hill Breweryis seeking a brewery helper.

This role could be full time, a mix of bar and brewery work, or a brewing traineeship.

Established for 18 years, the Red Hill Brewery is the original brewery on the Mornington Peninsula and all brewers that started out with us have gone on to have leadership careers in breweries around Australia.


Primarily you have a love of craft beer, a burning desire to make great beer, and have skills in a related field.

It could be home brewing (full mash), food/beverage production, hospitality, or a science or engineering field. Brewing is a science and a craft.

Traineeships are available for those who want to take on a TAFE or Uni course to become a qualified brewer.


Most of our brewers have started out in one of the abovementioned related areas and have learnt their profession with a combination of hands on training in our brewery and the guidance of our experienced Head Brewer.
