What you will be doingResponsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Processing of routine orders and associated follow up
- Source and order items on an "as required" basis, exploring alternative supply sources for improved company needs.
- Ensure purchases are made at the most economic quantities to optimise costeffectiveness.
- Monitor consumable usage at each Practice, working with the Operations Manager to eliminate wastage and obsolescence.
- Oversee annual consumable stocktake, perform daily administrative duties, and handle other tasks and special projects as required.

Do you have what it takes
- To be successful in this role you will have a 23 years experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in a multisite, regionally based operation.
- High attention to detail, demonstrated initiative and strong customer service skills are essential.
- You will be commercially minded and it goes without saying you will be a teamplayer
- Proficiency in Word and Excel couple with strong administration and organisational skills are MUST HAVES in this role
