Do you have experience in policy development, exceptional interpersonal skills, and high level written and organisational skills? Then this might be the job for you


The Early Childhood Policy team is looking for a motivated and conscientious individual with skills and experience in policy development to join us immediately until 30 June 2023, with the possibility of extension up to six months.


You do not have to have experience in early childhood education but experience in government policy development and a strong understanding and ability to effectively use government processes for a successful outcome is highly desirable.


To be successful in this role you must be effective in working in a very collaborative team, and in a fast paced and at times, pressured environment.

You will need expertise in policy development, strong strategic thinking skills, excellent written and organisational skills, and a desire to build and maintain quality relationships with a range of stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keenly interested in being part of a collaborative effort to deliver strategic social policy reforms that will benefit children and families in our community.
