About the Role


We are
always looking for passionate and motivated food and customer service champions to join our and currently have an opportunity available.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Delivering high quality service to all customers, following our service steps including upselling
  • Maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotion
  • Ensuring our cabinets are always full of fresh quality products, baking throughout the day
  • Fulfilling online orders whilst looking after customers in the shop
  • Following all safety requirements inside and on the forecourt, with due diligence
  • Undertaking scheduled training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning
  • Following all United and Pie Face operating procedures and standards
  • Contribute to achieving the goals and targets of the site
  • Supporting the Store manager in resolving any audit issues
  • Monitoring sales and stock levels across the shop and Pie Face

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous customer-service experience, preferably in retail
  • Background working in the food/hospitality industry, fast food experience an added plus
  • Positive energy and great attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends and nights

$ $41.42 per hour
