Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Organise open inspections and manage leasing enquiries
  • Complete lease and other documentation
  • Conduct routine inspections & reports
  • Liase with landlords and contractors
  • General office administration duties

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
  • Real Estate Rep Certificate (registration essential)
  • Driver License and Reliable Vehicle
  • Can do attitude & Enthusiasm for property management
