We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain People Capability Coordinator to join our Central Functions team on a Permanent Part-Time basis, located in Edinburgh Adelaide.

Your new role:


Reporting to the Supply Chain People Capability Manager, you will provide effective coordination and administration within the Supply Chain (SC) functional people capability activities, including but not limited to the accurate maintenance of training records for the function.


More specifically, you will:

  • Analyse functional skills assessments data to identify and report on training needs
  • Support and monitor Training helpdesk, including maintenance of training system (Oracle/Spark) course lists
  • Maintain shared mailboxes and respond to Training queries within reasonable time frames
  • Process training and approval process from key stakeholders and budget holders
  • Maintain the booking process in line with SQEP development requirements (e.g.
70:20:10 learning model)

  • Scheduling training for existing and new employees
  • Managing invoices and payments processing on approved activities within the function
  • Maintaining records of approved training as committed to the forecast of the remaining training budget
  • General ADHOC duties across the Supply Chain function including recording, filing, scheduling and general enrolment/administration duties
  • Manage Individual Development Plans and resumes within the resourcing management system
  • Support Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders through talent sourcing and talent pipeline management for upcoming vacancies

About you:

As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Proficient user of MS Office Package and Oracle system preferred
  • Relevant working experience in a learning and development environment with similar administration skills is highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service experience and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skill, results orientated, focusing on the key objectives and striving for effective outcomes
  • An ability to show initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • National Police clearance or eligibility to obtain
Whilst not essential, certificate/degree qualification in Business Administration/Training or related discipline is preferred.
