Engineering Manager

Join our team We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a successful team at our Brisbane office.

As the Engineering Team Manager, you will be in charge of a team of engineers, overseeing design, development, and project work.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and project teams to deliver top-quality engineering solutions that meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to your team are essential to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Moreover, you will play a vital role in identifying growth opportunities and contributing to business development efforts within the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered or RPEQ preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical design, development, and testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
