About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and case management to young people and their families within the Birribi Unit.

The Care Coordinator will work closely with Keyworkers to support young individuals in achieving their goals during their stay at the Birribi unit. Responsibilities include developing and implementing group programs and activities tailored to the needs of the youth at Birribi.

Additionally, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for team leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring the delivery of quality services.

Your Profile

  • Strong engagement skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in coordinating care for young individuals
  • Leadership capabilities to support a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in designing and facilitating groups for young people
  • Proficient in report writing, record keeping, and computer skills
