Swan Transit is currently seeking Casual School Bus Drivers to join our team in Albany Depot.

About the Role

We are looking for customer service focused people that have a strong commitment to safety to provide the best experience for our customers(School Kids).

The role is a Casual position Monday to Friday with a minimum of 3-4 hours work per day 15-20 hours per week, Commencing soon.

Shifts average in time mainly working over the following periods:

Morning: 7:00 to 9:00am

Afternoon: 2:00pm to 4:00pm

No evening work. Extra hours are available.

Benefits:

  • Wages: Starting $43.00 p/hour Monday- Friday.
  • 15 to 20 hours per week available during school term.
  • Ability to take annual leave over school holidays.

About You

  • Customer focussed-Children Centric.
  • Suits semi retired.
  • Safe driving record.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the Transport Industry - Highly desirable
  • Medium Rigid (MR) or above Drivers licence
  • Have the ability to obtain Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) authorisation
  • Be able to obtain a Working with Children card

Swan Transit will reimburse the renewal costs of the PTD and Working with Children authorisations.
