Opportunity Overview
An outstanding chance to take on the role of
Perioperative Service Manager, overseeing the operation of
5 theatres, CSSD Department and the Day Surgery department.
- The position encompasses a diverse range of specialties such as orthopaedic, ENT, plastics, general medical and surgical, gynaecology and obstetrics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, oral/ maxillofacial, breast and endocrine surgery.
You will have direct oversight of Day Surgery Unit ANUMs and staff, the CSSD Manager as well as theatre ANUMs and staff.

About Your qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a robust
clinical leadership skill and a strong commitment to customer - focused service, aligning with Ramsay Health Care's core values.
- You should demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team of clinical professionals, serving as an inspirational mentor, and efficiently managing the unit's resources and requirements.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting and relevant experience
- Previous experience in a management position is advantageous
- Displayed knowledge of labour hours management, stock management, HR matters and complaints
- Proven capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating continuous improvement and risk management program.
