As a Care Partner servicing clients in the Armadale, Byford, Mundijong, Serpentine and immediate surrounds, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life, supporting them to live independently at home and doing the things they love by helping them with everyday activities such as (but not limited to):
Support and assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
Household cleaning and laundry
Meal preparation
Providing respite for carers
Transport to and from appointments/shops
Social support
Assisting with complex care needs

What do we need from you?

The position is offered as Permanent Part Time offering hours per fortnight, depending on your availability. Opportunities to increase your hours as new clients join us for support in the area.

Availability for a minimum of three (3) days between 07:00am and 6:00pm is preferred. School hours may be considered for weekdays.

Availability for some weekend work is highly advantageous.


You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the local community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature.

This role does require you to have a valid driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Comprehensive Car Insurance as you need to travel to our clients' homes.

It is a requirement you undergo background checks including references/police check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain one via Baptistcare at no cost to you
