We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Forrestdale for a casual Maternity cover role.

This role can begin immediately and will require cover until the end of the year.


Front Desk Reception plays a vital role within our organisation, both customers and your team will always depend on your professionalism.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Process payments
  • Booking appointments
  • Generating quotes for potential clients
  • Showing customers around our showroom
  • Making tea and coffee for customers

Applicant must have/be...

  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Experience in either reception and/or administration work.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Currently live in Perth. WA.

Hours - Full time
Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. (Flexible)

Job Types:
Temporary, Casual

Contract length: 8 months
